This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pintrio ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use pintrio.com and our software, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Pintrio is a software service for designing pin graphics and scheduling them to Pinterest boards that you own or are authorized to manage. It is operated by Gul One LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the EU/UK GDPR), Gul One LLC is the "data controller" of the personal data described in this policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. It applies to pintrio.com and its sub-domains. It does not apply to other websites we link to, such as Pinterest.

Payment information
We do not collect or store your card number or other full payment details. Purchases are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle (see section 5). We receive limited information from Paddle about your order, such as your plan, billing status and the email address used for the purchase.
Legal bases (EU/UK users). We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, support, improving the service, preventing abuse), with your consent where required (for example, certain cookies and marketing emails), and to meet legal obligations. We only process sensitive categories of personal data if you choose to include them in content you provide to us, and we do not ask for them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use data obtained from Pinterest for advertising or to build profiles about you.
Pintrio creates drafts only when you ask it to. Nothing is published to Pinterest until you review and approve it. To produce drafts you request, such as suggested titles, descriptions or design ideas, the text and images you provide for that request may be sent to the AI and image services we use to operate these features. We do not use your Pinterest account data for any purpose other than providing the features you use.
We share personal data only as needed to run Pintrio, with service providers that process it on our behalf:
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working. Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account or disconnect Pinterest, we delete or anonymize the related data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Records of purchases are kept by us and by Paddle for as long as the law requires.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and restricted access to systems that hold personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can also disconnect Pintrio at any time from your Pinterest account settings, which revokes our access to your Pinterest data. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Residents of California and certain other US states may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access, correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Pintrio is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website may link to other websites, including Pinterest. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by email or a notice in the service.
