7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Pintrio for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, no detailed justification required.
- Eligibility window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your paid subscription was first charged.
- First-time purchases: The 7-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given plan. Renewals, upgrades, and subsequent billing cycles are handled under the "Renewals and Recurring Billing" section below.
- Full refund: Approved requests within the eligibility window are refunded in full to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund

- Processing time: We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Renewals and Recurring Billing

A charge only occurs when you manually choose to upgrade to a paid plan and complete checkout. Once you upgrade and are charged for the first time, the 7-day refund window described above applies from the date of that charge.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same subscription period, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors are corrected and refunded in full, regardless of the 7-day window.
