Pintrio is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users create, schedule, publish, and analyze Pinterest pins, including AI-generated pin designs, bulk scheduling, analytics, and related Pinterest account management tools. The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Pintrio account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Billing

• Paid Plans: Pintrio offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices and features for each plan are displayed on our Pricing page.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on our behalf on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pintrio to:

• Violate Pinterest's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or scrape the service outside of the functionality we provide.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current billing period; see our Refund Policy for details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gul One LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of Pintrio. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Pintrio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
