Terms and Conditions for Pintrio

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pintrio (pintrio.com), a product operated by Gul One LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

Welcome to Pintrio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services at pintrio.com. By accessing or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Description of Service

Pintrio is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users design pin graphics and schedule them to Pinterest boards they own or are authorized to manage, with related account management tools. Pins are published only after user approval, and only through Pinterest's official API. The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Pintrio account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Billing

• Plans: Pintrio offers a Free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices and features for each plan are displayed on our Pricing page.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle also handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on our behalf on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pintrio to:

• Violate Pinterest's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or scrape the service outside of the functionality we provide.
• Publish spam, misleading or deceptive content, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Connect or manage Pinterest accounts that you do not own and are not authorized to manage.
• Use the service to artificially inflate likes, saves, follows, views or other engagement, or in any way that breaches Pinterest's rules.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current billing period; see our Refund Policy for details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pinterest Is Not Affiliated With Pintrio

Pintrio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest's own terms and policies. We do not guarantee any particular result from using Pintrio, and we are not responsible for decisions Pinterest makes about your account or content.

Changes to the Service, Prices and These Terms

We may change or discontinue features of the service. If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies from your next billing period and we will give notice before it takes effect. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gul One LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of Pintrio. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Pintrio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
